The AD AI Edge is a professional space for athletic directors to connect, learn, and grow using AI tools and strategies. These guidelines help ensure our community remains respectful, valuable, and safe for everyone.
1. Respect Others
Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism.
Disagree with ideas, not people personal attacks will not be tolerated.
Respect diverse perspectives and experiences.
2. No Spam or Self-Promotion Without Permission
Do not use the community to send unsolicited promotions, advertisements, or repetitive links.
You may share relevant resources if they genuinely add value to the discussion and comply with community rules.
3. Keep It Relevant
Discussions should relate to athletics leadership, AI tools, and professional development.
Off-topic posts may be removed by moderators.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
Do not share another member’s personal information without consent.
Respect the privacy of all discussions within the Membership space.
5. Ethical AI Use
Use AI tools provided in the Membership responsibly and ethically.
Do not use AI to create misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
6. No Harassment or Hate Speech
Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Moderator Authority
Moderators may remove posts, comments, or members who violate these guidelines.
Decisions are final to maintain the integrity of the community.
8. Reporting Issues
If you see a violation of these guidelines, report it to [email protected].
All reports will be reviewed promptly.
9. Consequences for Violations
Warnings may be issued for minor violations.
Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the Membership without refund.
Violations of these guidelines may also be considered breaches of our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.
