1. Overview

We want you to be confident in your decision to join The AD AI Edge. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for membership purchases.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Digital Access & No Partial Refunds

Because this Membership includes immediate access to digital resources, AI tools, and community content:

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

If you have accessed or downloaded Membership content, that does not extend your eligibility period.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

Membership renewals are billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no prorated refunds are given for the remaining subscription period.

5. Termination for Violation

If your Membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted within the Membership area and on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
